Magnum Home Health Care is seeking outside sales representative to cover the Oakland , Wayne and Macomb counties in the MI. Develop strategic plan to get referrals. Implement and monitor sales plan and market to the following referral sources: Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospital discharge planners and Social Workers, Assisted Living Centers, Independent Living Facilities, Physicians, Case Manager and elder law attorney. Organize and participate in health fairs, trade shows , marketing events. Market and educate skilled nursing services, physical, occupational and speech therapy services to internists, oncologists, nephrologists, orthopedic surgeons, neurological surgeons and cardiologists. Prepares and conducts presentations regarding Magnum Home Health Care to Organizations where prospective client may be reached or influenced. Maintains contact with physicians and other referral sources to solve any issues that occurs between the company and the physician and/or other referral source. Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record. Home health or health care sales preferred . General understanding of home health services. knowledge regeading marketing techniques and ability to impact sales, computer expertise for tracking contacts and preparing reports. Good organizational and time management skills. Demonstrate understanding of customer service when dealing with others. Work effectively with care team. Presents acceptable professional marketing appearance. Communicate effectively in individual or group meetings.
