Position:

• Family Practice
• 20-25 patients a day
• M-F, 8-5
• Call is 1 in 6 or 100% outpatient, you choose
• Staff: RN, LPN, MA and Receptionist
• 24 hour lab and x-ray
• 5 ICU beds
• Internist/Cardiologist reads EKG's
• Multi-specialty group of 35 providers
• EMR in office
• Round on own patients during the week, or 100% outpatient, you choose
• With or without OB
• Spinal manipulation interest is accepted

• 46 Bed Rural Hospital
• Fully accredited, acute care facility
• 60 medical specialties represented
• 575 employees
• Service 9 communities

Financial:

• $150,000 to $174,000 salary
• With incentive bonuses
Life/Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability/Malpractice
• Health, Dental, Optical insurance paid for Dr. and Dr.'s family
• $1,200 for dues and licenses
• $3,500 for CME with 5 days
• PTO and Holiday leave

• Relocation $7,500
