Lakeshore Health Partners of Holland, Michigan is looking for a full time Geriatrician to care for patients ! in the lakeshore area. Candidates must be BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with experience or fellowship in Geriatrics.
Primary focus will be working with geriatric patients in long term, assisted living and independent living settings. Medical care includes treatment of acute and chronic conditions in the elderly, as well as focus on short term rehab patient care. Travel to community facilities is required.
