We are expanding our C&A team in Kongsberg with a skilled and highly motivated Product Project Manager (PPM).
Introduction to the Job
As a Product Project Manager you will join a team of self-driven, dedicated and enthusiastic people that work across the Global Organization to deliver Projects to our customers.
More specifically, the Product Project Manager assigned to a project is responsible for the delivery of all C&A scope within that project. The PPM is accountable for the successful execution (cost & schedule) of the packages under the direction of the Project Manager, coordinating all the disciplines involved such as Engineering, Sub-Contracting, Supply Chain, HSE, Quality, Inspection, Fabrication, Operations, and EFAT; ensuring all packages are carried out in accordance with the Project’s standards, goals and targets.
Responsibilities and tasks will be:
- Accountable for all work to fulfill contractual obligations within project budgets and schedules related to the respective work packages.
- Responsible for leading the resources allocated to and supporting the work package team.
- Responsible for the daily administration of project and processes in order for the project team to meet project objectives.
- Act independently on assigned projects and work tasks
- Continuously encourage and support team to achieve project objectives
- Accountable for promoting a HSE and quality mindset as well as commercial awareness.
- Authority on behalf of the System Project Manager to initiate work and/or initiate variation requests to the contract scope of work, related to the respective work package(s).
- Financial Authority as per the project specific project charter and regional guidelines.
- Act as TechnipFMC’s representative and single point of contact towards Customer on sub-system and product matters.
You are a perfect fit for this role if you
- Have a Bachelor/Master of Science Degree in administration or equivalent
- Have a minimum of five years’ industry experience in subsea industry, with emphasis in package management and MRP system using SAP software.
- Great leadership and communication, time management skills, ability to prioritize workload.
- Demonstrated ability to work within schedule / budget constraints.
- Are self-motivated, flexible, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the country, without sponsorship.
