- Implement program scheduling business rhythms, develop baseline schedules and associated artifacts to meet contractual/project requirements, and monitor / analyze and report performance against baseline schedules to ensure that contractual cost and schedule are met.

- Line of Balance Updates and Tracking
- 3+ years' relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must have experience with Deltek Open Plan (1+ years)
- Working knowledge schedule integration tools
- Proven ability to work well within a team/collaborative environment with Cost Analysts, PMs, CAMs.
- Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with MS Office Suite.
- Tracking plans and schedules.
- Creating, maintaining and validating Schedule data.
- Understanding of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) architecture (e.g., WBS or IMP based)
- Coordinating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Preparing, developing and coordinating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.
- Ensuring program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
- Implementing scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:
o Critical Path Analysis
o Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)
o Schedule Performance, Health Metrics and Analysis
o Provides weekly and monthly status and reporting
- Performing risk analysis and management including Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA, Monte Carlo Analysis - e.g., SSI, Acumen, RiskyProject)
- Utilizing Gantt, milestone charts, Earned Value Management (EVM) and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
- Experience with resource loading Schedules and Critical Path.
- Knowledge of scheduling theory and related best-practices (e.g., PASEG)
- Mostly Office Environments.
- Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
- Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
- Typical 8-hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
- Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
