Customer Process Coordinator

Process driven independent detail oriented worker needed to manage tasks and drive timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor process timeline of quoting, sampling, and commitment
  • Create domestic and direct import customer quotes
  • Coordinate details of retail programs for customers
  • Enter detailed information in customer portals
  • Arrange and coordinate testing as needed by customers
  • Checking orders to ensure they have correct prices, discounts, and item numbers
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to the customer’s requirements
  • Track on time shipment

While performing the duties of this job, this position is occasionally required to stand for extended periods of time; walk and sit. This position must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds

Work Hours:

Usual work hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with one hour off for lunch. Work may be required outside of work hours as needed to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years in experience in sales support with major retailers such as Wal-Mart
  • Experience interfacing with customers and learning adhering to customer-specific processes
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work overtime and travel to trade shows, customers, if necessary
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • A team player with high level of dedication to service
