Job Functions: Set up and tend straightening machines designed to form metal workpieces into their desired shape using press practices. Select settings for the pressing force required to straighten the work piece. (Once the part comes out of heat treatment, they are sent to this work station to straighten out any imperfections, ensure that the part maintains its diameter, shape and bow measurements) . Measuring can be from 10 thousands, 5 thousands. Metals they work with are aluminum, stainless steel and Inconel.
Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year experience as a straightening press operator. Able to read blueprints, utilize measurement tools. Able to work overtime/weekends as needed, and flexible to cover other shifts when work demands it

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
