Description: Medical Doctor Associates is in need of Hospitalist Opportunity in Michigan - Locum Tenens right now, this vacancy will be reside in Michigan. More details about this vacancy opportunity kindly read the description below. Hospitalist needed for Feb-July. Feb Start through July. Critical access hospital with 25 med/surge beds and 4 ICU beds. Total patient encounters 10.
Hospital needs adult only Hospitalist coverage Monday to Friday, 2p-10p. Responsibilities to include admissions, rounds, consults, and coverage in the ICU. This is mostly Acute care and ICE coverage. The hospitalist will be solo in the hospital from 5p-10p.
There is ED support 24/7 for procedure backup and assistance. Surgeons are also on call for any procedures. Candidates must be board certified, residency trained Internists who are ACLS certified and are comfortable with ventilation management.
