Location: Detroit, Michigan

Description: St. John Providence Health System is currently seeking to employ Physician - Internal Medicine right now, this position will be presented in Michigan. More complete informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. **Well established Internal Medicine Practice in St. Clair Shores, MI ***

Internal Medicine private-practice of four female Internists, w! ith longevity with the practice (25-7 years), looking to fill a full-time or part-time physician opening. The office is located in St. Clair Shores. Outpatient visits per week are variable. Each doctor tailors their schedule to their personal needs. The average inpatient census is 4-10 patients. Rounding is shared by the practice on a weekly basis to maintain continuity. Office schedules are adjusted such that no office visits are scheduled on morning that the doctor is rounding. Office procedures/equipment: EKG machine, nebulizer, urinalysis, simple suturing, simple skin procedures, vaccinations, etc. Off-site billing. Payor Mix: 25-30% Medicare, No HMO’s, handful Medicaid, the rest is private insurances.

• Office hours: Monday â€" Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am â€" 4 pm.
• Call schedule: One weekend out of every five. Night call every fourth night (calls at night are a minimum)
• Compensation: based on choice of workloadâ€"receiving the rev! enues they generate minus shared of overhead.

Candidate must be devoted to patient care and excellent listening skills, problem solving skills, integrity, customer service, communication, teamwork, compassion, and the confidence to know when less is more. Candidate must be either a MD/DO that is BE/BC in Internal Medicine.
