About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest in their industry, who have been experiencing massive growth in recent years. They are looking for a mid-senior candidates who are ambitious and talented to support the growth operationally, by leading their service, engineering and workshop operations.


Job Description

  • Provide effective strategical recommendations with clear target and take ownership of the recommendations that are aligned with growth goals.
  • Lead 3 teams: Customer Service, Engineering and Workshop Operations
  • Monitor the roll out of new business initiatives / pilot programs and provide recommendations for improvement accordingly.
  • Oversee and improve current operational processes and procedures to increase overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and manage SOP & Work Instruction (WI) and new operations initiatives based on trends in technology and development.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of combined experience in managing process improvements or operational excellence
  • Have a deep interest and enthusiasm global supply chain.
  • Skilled in Process Improvement (LEAN and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred), Project Management, and Financial Analysis
  • Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & LEAN skills are preferred) with the ability to drive execution of ideas
  • Well developed communication with various seniors level stakeholders with different background.
  • English proficiency in spoken and written is a MUST.
  • Strong leadership skill.
