Job Description


What you can expect

  • You will be joining the Intermediary team, focusing on visibility products and features highlighting our real-estate professionals actors across all our brands.
  • You will manage cross-country programs and structure projects to ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap..
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure a fast pace of product delivery and iteration.
  • Identify user problems and develop solutions to answer them.
  • Adopt design-inspired techniques to evolve products quickly, iteratively and incrementally.
  • Your choices to improve products will be made with regard to KPIs and numerical analyses in order to anticipate and see the impact of your projects.
  • Create and evangelise roadmaps across multiple teams to communicate the vision.
  • Measure what we build. Make data-driven decisions aided by market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Create, define and prioritise product backlog and stories with your team.


All the while, you’ll be encouraged to keep up to date with best practices. Whilst keeping tabs on industry trends.


Qualifications


About you:

  • + 7 years as a Product Manager or an equivalent position.
  • + 7 years marketplace experience handling visibility & boost products
  • A track record of planning short and long term projects, gaining consensus and buy in from key stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing expectations with business & commercial stakeholders
  • Experience in balancing the needs of the different stakeholders in order for the overall product ROI to become as high as possible
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and their application.
  • Ability and willingness to engage and motivate international teams.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience of managing distributed technical teams.
  • Understanding of how high velocity software development teams work and how engineers think.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written, with the ability to correctly translate business request into technical requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work across a large set of internal customers in technical and non-technical roles.
