Talent Acquisition Associate [Uruguay]


 

Summary

Works closely with a team of recruiters managing administrative activities, file audits, new hires processes, and partners with other supporting areas to have a successful hiring process for all new employees.

Key responsibilities

Performs daily audits to ensure that all tasks and processes are completed in accordance with internal requirements.

Verifies that the information in the database is properly recorded and follows up with the indicated personnel when there is any type of inconsistency.

Audits the files created by the recruitment team and ensures that all the required documentation is correct and is transferred in time to the corresponding departments.

Audits the internal hiring process and ensure that candidates have their job offer letters.

Completes hires in internal systems when required. Perform other functions as assigned.

Other Duties assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and meet time sensitive targets.

Schedule flexibility, including occasional weekends are required.

Advanced English proficiency and recruiting experience is preferred.

Intermediate MS Office package proficiency.

Capable on-site is required.

Location: Availability to work in our location in Montevideo, Uruguay.
