- Shall also obtain responsibility of the entire inventory in and out from store.
- Inventory sorting, must know the tagging system and allocate as per department usage, nature of item.
- Ensures required Department tasks are completed timely and effectively by personally contributing and giving direction to other team members when necessary.
- Shall also have understanding of inventory valuation method.
- Accurate and Real-time Tracking: The system should provide accurate and up-to-date information on inventory levels, locations, and stock movements. This helps in minimizing stock outs, preventing overstocking, and optimizing replenishment.
- Centralized Database: A centralized database is essential to store all inventory-related information, including product details, quantities, suppliers, and pricing. This ensures data consistency, easy access, and efficient management of inventory across different locations.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Effective inventory management involves maintaining good relationships with suppliers, managing lead times, and monitoring supplier performance. The system should support vendor evaluation, track supplier metrics, and facilitate communication for timely deliveries.
- Allocate the separate station of inventory in but approval is still pending or has any kind of issue.
- Must be proficient in MS World and MS Excel.
- Must have 1+ years experience
