Description: Seaboard Health Care is at present looking to employ Physician Internal Medicine right now, this position will be delegated in Michigan. More details about this position opportunity please read the description below. Outpatient IM with Midlevel Collaboration - Sault Ste. Marie -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Internist sought to provide outpatient services as well as oversee / work with midlevel providers. Physician will have the opportunity to limit their patient volume as needed to help midlevel’s manage their patients. Most complex patients to be seen and managed by physician. Candidate must have desire to be a resource for midlevel’s in the clinic on a daily basis, enjoy teaching as well as be involved in an efficient and productive clinic environment.
War Memorial Hospital will be rolling out a hospitalist service in the spring of 2011 so there will be no call responsibility with this position. Three full time internists in the community with a population base of 55,000. One provider expected to be retiring in the next 2-3 years. Specialty support is very strong with additional services coming into the medical community frequently. A competitive salary and benefit package is available.
