Spectrum Health Medical Group is looking for a full or part time geriatrician to provice care at various re! tirement communities in the nursing home, clinic, or assisted living settings. Also would provide care at Spectrum Health's inpatient Acute Care for the Elderly (ACE) unit at Blodgett Hospital, be actively involved in Spectrum Health's Advanced Care Planning Program, and could provide backup support for Spectrum Health's newly formed Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) program. Board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice; Board certification/eligibility in Geriatrics ideal, but not required.
