The Clinical Services Clerk II maintains patient flow, assists and promotes the delivery of primary and preventative health care. Performs technical procedures, phlebotomy and ! clinically oriented activities under physician direction. Rooms patient for physician and assists patient during diagnostic/therapeutic procedures as directed by physician.
Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or other programs such as EMT or LPN. Current BLS Certification through the AHA. Licensed LPN in the State of MI (if applicable). Ability to perform diagnostic testing, EKGs, phlebotomy, give injections, blood pressures and assist in minor surgical procedures.
