We are searching for a cheerful, highly motivated Medical Receptionist to join our Internal Medicine team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Answering telephones
-Scheduling appointments
-Patient inquiries
-Checking patients in/out
-Verifying insurance
-Obtaining prior authorizations/referrals
-Collecting co-payments and balances due
-Medical record requests
Skills/Qualifications:
-Direct experience working with EPIC EMR system required for position
-1 year of previous medical reception experience required. Applicants applying without previous experience, will be REJECTED
**Must be able to pass drug screening & background checks
