We are a family-owned mobile pet grooming company. America's Paw Spaw provides customer convenience by driving to clients' homes to groom their pets in our fully equipped, self-contained new Mercedes Sprinters. We are growing very fast, currently, we have a fleet of 6 brand new mobile grooming vans.
Looking for someone who is a self-starter and is willing to help us manage our busy fleet of mobile groomers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, dispatching, answering calls/text and troubleshooting any scheduling issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities and Skills needed:
- Monitoring, scheduling and routing of grooming vans
- Answering phone calls
- Texting new customer leads w/quote
- Professional customer serivce and phone etiquette
- Strong orgniziaton skills
- Attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Must be able to type 30-45 WPM
- Abilitiy to read and understand maps
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
