MFC Home/Personal Shopper
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customers place orders online and the orders are prepared for service inside the eCommerce Operations realm. As a Home Shopper/Operator, you will select “the best of the best” products for our online shoppers. This is a fast-paced environment. To be successful in the position you must take pride in your work, be customer service oriented, care about what is selected for our customers, be willing and able to perform very physical work, and be quick on your feet.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure product quality is maintained and readily available.
- Achieve personal and individual productivity goals in a fast-paced environment without compromising safety standards
- Maintain organized work areas and able to multi-task
- Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance (employees may be scheduled to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays and schedules may vary on a weekly basis)
- Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong attention to detail
- Fulfill online grocery orders
- Ensure high quality standards of products during fulfillment
- Achieve personal and individual productivity goals in a fast-paced environment without compromising safety standards
- Ability to read, retain and comprehend customer orders, product and customer labels
- Aptitude for technology including devices and websites/applications
- Can execute repetitive processes while maintaining high quality results
- Be able to stand / walk for extended periods of time
- Be able to accept verbal/written direction from supervisors
- Be willing to work in retailer refrigerated/frozen environments as needed
- 18 years or older
- Experience in grocery or eCommerce preferred but not required
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Albertsons Companies products and offerings Adhere to Company policies, procedures and guidelines
Physical Requirements:
Stand/Walk: Continuous, Grip/Grasp: Continuous. Lift/Carry: Frequent/carry 1-50 lbs.
Push/Pull: Frequent, push/pull 10-15 lbs. products/shopping carts (depending on tote and items per tote, as well amount of product on carts, lbs. will increase).
Bend/Stoop: Occasional, Reach: Occasional. Squat/Kneel/Twist/Turn: Seldom
Education High school diploma or equivalent
