We are looking to develop a new property(sub division) and optimize the layout for a townhouse development. We are looking for an urban designer with years of experience to create a site plan that maximizes the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the property.

Site/Density Study
Site plan
Master plan
Illustrated plan
Highest and best-use study
Interpret local codes for set backs, density, layout, etc.
Zoning Review
Best layout to achieve highest and best use of lot coverage, number of units, driveways, parking, etc.
We love to work through the site with you and come up with recommendations for the site. The time estimates are for the final product but it will be an iterative process of back-and-forth communication.
