Overview:
Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital is seeking an Internist or ! Family Medicine physician to join two other primary care physi! cians in an outpatient practice setting located at Henry Ford Wyandotte's Brownstown facility. Henry Ford Health Center-Brownstown includes a 24-hour ED, Imaging, Mammograph & Stereostactic Biopsy, Lab, out-patient surgery, sleep lab, and pharmacy. Other specialties physician specialties in the building include Pediatrics, Cardiology with comprehensive outpatient testing, and OB-Gyn. Woodhaven, Brownstown, Trenton and other communities in this region are showing overall population growth which will afford the opportunitie for quick growth of a practice.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include comprehensive coordination of the healthcare needs of the population seeking out-patient services at this practice site. Physician support as practice transitions from paper charts to EPIC EMR Februrary 2014 and then works toward Patient Centered Medical Home certification.
Qualifications:
Osteopathic or Allopathic Medical Degree with board eligibilit! y or certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Licensed in the state of Michigan.
